1. About Us

Bionic's Kitchen is a food preparation and delivery service operating in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. Orders are received via WhatsApp and fulfilled by our team.

2. Placing an Order

Orders are placed by selecting items from our menu and submitting your delivery address through our WhatsApp ordering link. Orders are not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation message from us via WhatsApp.

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes
Menu availability is subject to ingredient availability and our daily preparation capacity
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of order placement (via WhatsApp) is the final price. Payment terms (cash on delivery, transfer, etc.) will be agreed during the WhatsApp conversation.

4. Delivery

We currently deliver within Port Harcourt and select surrounding areas
Delivery fees, if any, are communicated during order confirmation
Estimated delivery times are best estimates only and may vary
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information

5. Operating Hours

Monday–Saturday: 10am–10pm · Sunday: 12pm–8pm. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the next business day.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Once preparation has started, orders cannot be cancelled. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly delayed due to our error, please contact us via WhatsApp within 1 hour of receipt for resolution, which may include replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Food Allergies & Dietary Information

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens (peanuts, fish, dairy, gluten). We cannot guarantee any item is completely free of trace allergens. If you have a serious allergy, please notify us before ordering and consider whether our food is suitable for you.

8. Use of Our Website

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the site
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Bionic's Kitchen name, logo, photographs, menu descriptions, and design — is owned by Bionic's Kitchen or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Bionic's Kitchen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rivers State, Nigeria.

We may revise these terms periodically. The current version is always posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
